If you're seeing a RESCON error code in your Immerse Gamepack FFXIV, please try the following steps to resolve:
- Ensure you are on the latest version of Immerse Gamepack FFXIV here

If the issue persists, Uninstall then reinstall the Immerse Gamepack FFXIV. First take note of your license code in the Immerse Gamepack software, so you can log back in quickly.
a. Navigate to
Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
b. Find Immerse Gamepack FFXIV, and then click theUninstallbutton.
c. Now run the latest installer, then onboard with your license code. - If the issue persists, initiate repair from FFXIV game launcher (not Immerse Gamepack launcher).
