Why shouldn't I select a Virtual Camera?

We do not recommend using a virtual camera with Head Tracking. It can cause significant delays.  

The sound field changes very quickly with your movement. If you move your head and it takes some time for the system to pull the sound and change the sound accordingly to the direction of your head, and if that takes some time, then you lose the perception of Immerse.
