After a recent Software Update on Windows 11 based machines, Immerse Gaming or Immerse Gamepack may have stopped working properly, delivering no audio output.

- Please update your PC to the latest Windows 11 OS version. As of today, the latest version available is version 24H2 OS Build 26100.4351 (KB5063060). Once your system is updated, kindly test if Immerse Gaming or Gamepack is now working properly
- If Immerse Gamepack is not working still, configure Immerse speaker audio device manually to ensure it is set correctly (since the SW update may have misconfigured the audio device):
- Launch the Immerse Gaming or Gamepack software
- In Windows go to Sound Settings
- Scroll down until you see the Advanced Settings
- Click on More sound Settings (which opens the "old" Sound menu)
- Go to the Playback tab, click on Immerse Gamepack and click Configure
- ,Select 7.1 Surround, click Next, then FinishSelect 7.1 Surround, click Next, then Finish
