What does the RMS and LU buttons on the meter indicate?

In the latest version of Immerse Virtual Studio, we have now added the feature to see the real-time RMS and LU values of the plugin output. 

RMS: The dark blue meter shows the master output levels Root mean square level values. The light blue indicates the peak level in dB. 

LU: The dark blue shows the master output levels in LUFS (Loudness units relative to full scale). The light blue meter indicates the peak level in dB.
