What does error code [SVR04] mean, and how do we fix it?

If you experience error code [SVR04] there was an error contacting the Embody servers. 

To resolve this error, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and a stable network. 

2. It is possible that some firewall is blocking it. You can also follow the steps from here to troubleshoot it.
