How do I add a new user?

You have an option to add up to 5 new users. Please follow the below steps to add a new user:

• Go to Profiles --> Next to license, you will have the option to add a user.
• Click on 'Add User'

It will take you to the 'Enter your email.' Please enter the new user's email address. You will receive a PIN at the new user's email address. Please enter the PIN. It will take you to the QR code. Page. Please follow the instructions to scan the QR code, take a picture of your ear, and add a new user profile. 

Please note that each account will get a 14-day free trial, but your purchased license will be tied to one user account. This option is for users who want to compare the Generic profile with their personalized profile.
