I am not able to capture my ear picture correctly.

Please follow these steps:

1. Bring the selfie camera close to your face so that your face fills the screen. 
2. Follow the voice instructions to capture a 10-second video
3. Look left so that your right ear gets exposed to the camera. 
4. Then look to the right so your ear is exposed to the camera.
5. Make sure that nothing blocks your ear, especially hair!

Make sure that your ear image is clear and your ears can be seen  - move to a brighter location if the image is dark and blurry.
