Please try the following:
- Close any applications that might be capturing your system's audio chain, such as media players, YouTube, chrome, etc. Then close and restart Immerse Gaming | Logitech (Make sure you close it from the system tray).
- If you have any external sound cards, please ensure that you have chosen the right device to output the sound.
- Please verify that all Windows updates are installed, and the audio driver is up to date. If it's not updated, you can run the audio troubleshooter.
You can also launch the audio troubleshooter from Settings. Start --> Settings --> System --> Sound --> Troubleshoot. For more help, please check out the Microsoft support page.
