I hear no difference in sound output when I turn Personalized Spatial Audio ON or OFF?

A great way to make sure that Immerse receives the game audio output is to look at the Sound Wheel. You should see the dots in the Direction Wheel light up and pulsate. If they are not lighting up, please check the ‘Audio Device’ configuration in your game and make sure that ‘Speakers (Immerse) ’ is selected as the audio output device in the game. 

For games such as CS: GO, please do the following:

1. Go to Game Settings → Audio Settings

2. You must unselect and select ‘Speakers (Immerse)’ in the ‘Audio Device’ dropdown.

Note: This manual reselection process is needed for CS: GO to output game audio to Immerse.
