How do I scan the QR code and submit a picture of my ear?

Scan the QR code by opening your smartphone camera app.   

1. Point your camera at the QR code

2. A popup link will appear to open in your camera which you will need to click.

3. Clicking on the link on your phone screen will open a webpage.

4. Follow the instructions on the screen to take your picture. Then, tap anywhere on the screen to capture.

Once you submit your photo, it is uploaded to the cloud. Embody’s proprietary algorithms create your personalized hearing profile using this image. At this stage, the app also verifies if the image submitted is a valid image. The app returns a success message once your personalized hearing profile is created from the image uploaded. You can now return to the Immerse Virtual Studio plugin to complete the setup on your computer.
