How do I cancel my monthly subscription?

Go to Embody website page here. Enter the email address and password you used when you created your account, and login to your account to manage your subscription. 

On the next page, you will see a list of your subscriptions. Click on "Subscriptions". Next, click on your subscription number. On the Subscription page you will see the 'Pause' or 'Cancel' option.
