If you are seeing this error:
We have fixed this issue and have updated the latest installer on our website. Please save your license code and follow these steps:
- Uninstall the Immerse Gamepack Desktop application.
- Install the updated build from here
- Continue by entering your license code.
- Go back to the FFXIV game and Enable Immerse Spatial Audio in the System Configuration Sound Settings.
- If you are still receiving an error message, please reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org with the screenshot and your license code.
