In the game when I select 'enable Immerse' I got error message "There is an error. Please launch the Immerse Gamepack Final Fantasy XIV Edition app."

We have fixed this issue and have updated the latest installer on our website. Please save your license code and follow these steps: 

1. Uninstall the Immerse Gamepack Desktop application. 
2. Install the updated build from here
3. Continue by entering your license code. 
4. Go back to the FFXIV game and Enable Immerse Spatial Audio in the System Configuration Sound Settings.
