If you're receiving this notification inside your Immerse Gamepack application, it could be an indication that there is an issue with your audio output routing. Before you panic, it is worth noting that you may also see this notification if you're in an area with no 3D audio, such as the Start Menu and Character Creation screens. Additionally, if you mute your in-game audio or disable Immerse you will also receive this message. Background Music, System Sounds, and some Ambient Sounds are unaffected by Immerse, so it is possible for you to see this message even when there is audio playing.
If you're receiving this notification and none of the above applies to you, then there may be something wrong. First, make sure that your audio output device is configured to Stereo - Immerse Gamepack is not designed to output to multichannel devices. If this doesn't resolve your issue, you can contact us at support@embodyvr.co by selecting the Email Support button inside your Immerse Gamepack application.
