How to set up Immerse Gamepack | FFXIV with Audeze Mobius headset

Audeze Mobius uses built-in DSP with a generic HRTF along with an 8-channel sound card in order to provide 3D surround sound audio. In order for Immerse Gamepack to work correctly, you will need to disable the 3D audio processing on the headset itself by following the instructions below:

1. Press and hold the 3D button on the front of the left ear cup to cycle through your 3D audio options.
2. Repeat this process until you hear the audio cue, "3D Off."
3. Please note that each time you cycle to a new 3D option, Mobius will be identified by Windows as a new audio device. We recommend doing this before launching FFXIV, otherwise you will need to relaunch FFXIV in order for the changes to take effect.
