Can I remove/delete my HRTF profile?

By popular demand, we've added support for HRTF Profile Management in the Immerse Gamepack application. You can now delete and rename your HRTF profiles as desired. Please note that deleting an HRTF profile will not increase or reset the number of remaining profiles allotted to your account. 

Follow the steps below to remove unwanted HRTF profiles:

1. Launch the Immerse Gamepack FINAL FANTASY XIV application and select Manage Profiles from the main menu.

2. Select the profile you want to remove.

3. When you select Remove Profile you'll be shown a warning that your profile is not recoverable and that the number of remaining profiles on your account will not increase. Please select 'Yes' to complete the profile removal process. 

4. Your selected profile should be removed successfully. 

Reminder: Deleting your profile will not increase or reset the number of remaining HRTF profiles. Please feel free to reach out to [e-mail] with any questions.
