I purchased a license but it does not upgrade my account.

After your trial if you purchase the license, you might have received an email with the license code. Please use that license code to upgrade your account.  

Please launch Immerse Gamepack app, go to the 'My Account' page and click on 'Upgrade' and enter your license code, and it should update your purchased license.
