I see a QR Code. How do I scan the code and submit a picture of my ear? – Embody

Scan the QR code by opening your smartphone camera app and pointing the camera at the QR code. You can also use the QR code scanner app.

Your smartphone camera will automatically prompt you to open a webpage. Clicking on the link on your phone screen will open a webpage.

Follow the instructions on the screen to take your picture. Then, tap anywhere on the screen to capture.

Once you submit your photo, it is uploaded to the cloud. Embody’s proprietary algorithms create your personalized hearing profile and verifies if the image submitted is a valid image. The app returns a success message once your personalized hearing profile is created from the image uploaded.

You can now return to Immerse Virtual Studio to download your profile to your computer.
