Step 1: Please make sure you have submitted an ear image. You can confirm that on the Immerse Gamepack app by checking the 'Number of images remaining,' which should be 4.
And if you have created an HRTF account, you will see the 'Profile_1' option.
Step 2: Try closing the Immerse Gamepack FINAL FANTASY XIV Edition application and starting them again. Please make sure you have enabled Immerse Spatial Audio under sound settings. If the problem still persists, reboot the system and try again. This should clear any dangling processes, and the issue should get resolved.
Step 3: Sometimes, the game doesn't sync, and it doesn't get the information about your profile. We suggest closing and opening the configuration panel in the game settings to pull your profile.
