I am not able to capture my ear picture correctly.

    All I get is a blank image (black screen) for my picture unless I look at the camera straight on. This does not get me an ear image. What do I do in this situation?

    Thanks for your comment. Can you please confirm that you don't have multiple tabs of QR webapp open? Please close all the tabs and try again to scan the QR code.
