I have an Generic Profile, 'How can I update it to Personalized Profile?'

When you are on board with the Generic Profile, you will always have an opportunity to submit your ear image at any time to Personalize the Spatial Audio. Personalization is as simple as submitting a single image of your right ear (an “elfie”). On the main UI of the Immerse Gaming HIVE software, you will see PERSONALIZE button, and please click on it to submit your ear image.

Scan the QR code by opening your smartphone camera app and pointing the camera at the QR code. You can also use the QR code scanner app. 

Your smartphone camera will automatically prompt you to open a webpage. Clicking on the URL on your phone screen will open a webpage.

Follow the instructions on the screen to take your picture. Then, tap anywhere on the screen to capture.

Once Personalized, the Spatial Audio will change into ‘Personalized Spatial Audio.’ You are now gaming with Personalized spatial audio, which is crafted for your ears.
