In the Enhanced Headphone Configuration screen, if you cannot select your Personalized Profile, and it keeps selecting Universal Profile, follow the steps below.
- Make sure that your Personalized Profile is setup. Scan the QR Code and ensure you have a profile created.
- Sometimes this can be due to an error in the game software, and often a restart fixes the problem.
- If you switched game controllers while the game is running, it can sometimes cause this error. Please restart the game, and do not switch game controllers while the game is running.
