Why can't I submit another profile in Immerse Gamepack Call of Duty?

When you scan the QR Code in the Call of Duty game, click on Settings button on the top right of the screen to add or remove your profiles.

If you don't see an option to create a New Profile, there could be two causes:

1. Is your Trial Expired? Check your License Type. 
2. Have you already submitted 5 profiles? If you already submitted 5 profiles, then you reached the profile limit.
