• Scan the QR code by opening your smartphone camera app and pointing the camera at the QR code. You can also use the QR code scanner app. Your smartphone camera will automatically prompt you to open a webpage. Clicking on the URL on your phone screen will open a webpage.

• It will ask for camera permission. Please click Allow. You will land on the tutorial page. Please check out the tutorial setup. Once you are ready, click 'Start' to capture your ear video.

• Bring your face to the center of the frame, and it should turn green, and the recording will begin.
• You don't have to press any buttons during the face, left ear, and right ear capture process. Once you've finished capturing, the video will automatically upload.
• Return to the game and toggle Enhanced Headphone Mode off and then on again, or close and re-launch the Call of Duty game application to ensure your permissions are updated.
