If you are getting the "no ears detected" error message while submitting your image capture:
1. Please ensure that no hair is in front of your ears. Use clips or pull your hair back if needed.
2. Make sure you are moving your head slowly to the left and to the right to show both of your ears in your image capture.
3. Make sure you are in good lighting without shadows over your ears when you turn your head. Its best to face a light so that when you turn your head, the light shines on your ears.
If the issue persists, please try the steps below:
- Clear all cache and close all tabs open on the browser
- Check if your browser has access to the camera in the phone Settings.
- Scan the QR code and block camera permission.
